I have always just said yea a 6 pack would be nice... I was never serious though. I would be happy with just a flat tummy! Which yes I would be happy with that... but now I want more. Now that I truly do LOVE working out and exercising I want the best. I don't want ot just be thin, or just be healthy. I want a 6 pack. I want to be cut and tone. I want to be proud of myself. So here it goes...
I don't expect this to happen overnight... Im thinking it will be AT LEAST a year before I get the tone, cut body that I want.
I follow weight watchers and workout 6-7 days per week. I currently do weight, combat, RPM, and Bodypump. I need to get back into doing more bodypump for sure... lately I have mainly been doing Bodycombat... which is my fav!
